Harvest Properties Group. Where the respective founders, Tim Vitale and Tim Vest, utilized their Investor First belief to create strong individual brands and reputations in the space of Multifamily investing, ownership and operations.
After more than $100mm in Real Estate transactions Tim and Tim decided it was time to build on those foundations to create even stronger opportunity and operations for their investment partners. Vive was created with that sole focus.
